Daylesford Organic is seeking Food Production Operatives to join our organic production team at Daylesford Farm. You will work with fresh, farm-sourced ingredients to create our award-winning products for customers across the UK.

This full-time role involves 45 hours per week with sociable shifts, including some Saturday work during peak periods. Staff meals on shift, volunteering days, and a supportive team environment are part of the package.

• Prior experience in food production or manufacturing.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
• Ability to follow recipes and procedures precisely.

SALARY: £13.21 per hour
HOURS: 45 hours per week

Monday - Friday, 05.00-14.30 / 07.00-16.30, with rotating Saturday shifts during peak periods (September-March).

This role also includes staff meals during shifts, plus 1 additional day of annual leave for every year of service after 2 years.

Role Responsibilities

• Prepare and handle fresh, organic ingredients straight from our farm, executing all Daylesford Organic products to company specification.
• Follow recipes and procedures with care and precision.
• Keep our production areas clean, safe and well organised.
• Support with stock rotation, labelling, packaging and order preparation for Retail, Catering and Wholesale.
