Qualifications

• Excellent manual dexterity and attention to detail.
• Experience in assembly, manufacturing, production or similar hands-on environment advantageous.
• Practical, reliable and comfortable working with tools and equipment.
• Keen to learn new technical skills and develop within an engineering environment.
• Positive team player with good communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, build and test specialist electrical and mechanical products to high standards.
• Use a range of hand tools, production equipment and testing equipment.
• Develop specialist manufacturing skills including soldering and brazing.
• Carry out inspections and testing to ensure products meet required specifications.
• Work as part of a skilled production team, supporting quality, efficiency and continuous improvement.
