Are you ready to be part of a pioneering team shaping the future of construction? Our client is a leading manufacturer of cold rolled steel components and panelised structural steel frames, dedicated to revolutionizing the industry with innovative solutions.

Route 1 are seeking dedicated and hardworking Production Assembly Operatives to join their team

Salary and Shift:

• Day Shift: 12.58 per hour
• Overtime: 18.87 - 25.16 per hour
• Monday to Friday 06:00 - 14:00

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate hand tools, power tools, and machinery to assemble modular units.
• Follow technical drawings and instructions to construct and install components.
• Work on different stages of modular construction, including framing, plaster boarding and window installation
• Conduct quality checks to ensure all work meets industry and company standards.
• Assist in the movement of materials and finished products within the factory.
• Maintain a clean an organized working environment.
• Follow health and safety guidelines, ensuring safe working practices at all times.
• Work collaboratively as part of a team to meet production targets and deadlines.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a manufacturing, construction, or modular building environment (preferred but not essential).
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings and work instructions.
• Skilled in using hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions efficiently.
• A positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn.
• Understanding of health and safety regulations in a factory or construction setting.
