Production Assembler

Location: Woodford Halse, Daventry, Oxfordshire

Salary: £13.00 per hour + Production Bonus

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm

Contract: Temporary, Ongoing

Our well-established client in Woodford Halse is recruiting for several Production Assemblers to join their dynamic and growing team in their workshop. You will assist in assembling high-quality products. Working within a small, friendly, and supportive environment, you will have the opportunity to multi-skill and receive training across all areas of production within the automotive industry.

Key Responsibilities

1. Work in a workshop environment, following instructions with full training provided.
2. Contribute to the production of high-quality products.
3. Operate machinery and use power tools safely.
4. Adhere to Health and Safety procedures to maintain a safe working environment.

Skills & Experience

• Previous production experience is desirable but not essential.
• Experience with operating machinery or power tools.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently with a sense of responsibility within a team.
• Ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
