Job summary

Connect Appointments are pleased to offer a Production Area Leader role at a busy Larbert site. This is a full-time, permanent position within a fast-paced, high-performing manufacturing environment.

You will lead morning checks, training sessions and briefs, liaise with HR on attendance and performance, ensure health and safety compliance, and communicate clearly with the Operations Manager and other teams.

Qualifications

• Previous experience within production, contract packing, manufacturing or FMCG.
• The desire to progress.
• Strong communication and leadership skills, with a hands-on working approach.
• Able to balance multiple responsibilities.
• Good problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
