Job summary

Escape is seeking a Production Supervisor to support the Production Manager in leading a busy production operation in South Lanarkshire. This hands-on role coordinates workload, monitors productivity and ensures targets, quality standards and deadlines are achieved.

You will oversee day-to-day production in your area and guide apprentices and less experienced staff. The role focuses on directing the team, allocating resources, maintaining traceability and continuous improvement to meet customer

Qualifications

• At least 2 years' experience in a similar production/supervisory environment.

We are working with an established manufacturing business in South Lanarkshire that is looking for a Production Supervisor to support the Production Manager in leading a busy production operation.

The Role
