Job summary

Sterling Recruitment Services is recruiting a Production & Warehouse Operative for a client in Middlesbrough to support day-to-day production and laboratory operations.

You will work with scientists, engineers and operational staff to ensure smooth production, maintain quality standards, and handle and record materials accurately. The role involves manual handling, stock control, data entry in internal systems, and collaboration across departments; a driving licence is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse, production or hands-on operational role.
• Comfortable with regular manual handling and lifting.
• Good stock control and record-keeping skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and emailing.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Able to work independently and in a team.
• Strong attention to detail and proactive approach.
