ExTrac AI, a decision intelligence company, seeks a Software Engineer to join the AI team. You will build Co-Analyst and analytical AI features, own end‑to‑end components, and contribute to production pipelines across Python and Go.

You will work with data ingestion, ML models, and an engineering team to ship measurable improvements in a fast‑moving environment, with weekly feature delivery and production-grade standards.

Qualifications

• Proficient software engineer with production backend experience.
• Strong Python and Go skills for backend services and APIs.
• Experience with distributed systems, cloud infra, and CI/CD.

Responsibilities

• Build and operate Python/Go backend services and APIs.
• Own features end to end within a single system and contribute to design discussions.
• Ship production features with regular check-ins and measure impact.
• Collaborate with ML and data teams on model integration and evaluation.
