Job summary

Adria Solutions Ltd in Manchester is seeking an AI Implementation Engineer with a Data Science/ML background to drive AI adoption across the business and deliver production AI solutions.

You will design and implement AI and ML systems using Azure and modern AI technologies, integrating structured and unstructured data while collaborating with IT, data engineering and operations teams to deliver measurable business value.

Qualifications

• Strong Data Science and ML background with production AI delivery experience.
• Design and deploy production AI solutions using Azure and modern frameworks.
• Experience building RAG solutions and AI agents; able to lead initiatives end-to-end.
• Excellent Python skills and ability to work with structured and unstructured data.
• Stakeholder management and ability to bridge technical and business teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI delivery lifecycle from strategy and PoC to production deployment.
• Define AI strategy and identify high-value business opportunities.
• Design and develop AI/ML solutions using Azure and modern tools.
• Build production-ready LLM apps, RAG pipelines and AI agents.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering to prep data and with Infrastructure to deploy securely.
