Job summary

Permutable.AI in London is seeking an exceptional AI Engineer to join our London engineering team and help build the next generation of NLP, LLM and market intelligence systems.

This hands-on role offers significant ownership, working directly with engineers, data scientists and leadership to bring problems from experimentation to production. You will design and deploy scalable AI pipelines and production-grade infrastructures.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of professional software engineering, machine learning or AI engineering experience.
• Excellent Python skills and strong software engineering fundamentals.
• Experience building or deploying machine learning systems beyond experimentation.
• Practical experience with NLP, transformers or LLMs.

Responsibilities

• Build production LLM and NLP pipelines that operate at scale.
• Take models from experimentation through deployment, monitoring and improvement.
• Work with proprietary datasets to train and evaluate models.
• Develop and maintain ML infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines on AWS.
