Job summary

WeDo is hiring Applied AI Engineers in London, in a hybrid setup with 1 day per week in the office. You will join a growing AI-native business backed by enterprise software scale, delivering real-world AI solutions across industries.

You'll own problems end to end, build AI products from concept to production, and work directly with customers to turn complex needs into scalable, measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Strong software engineering fundamentals required.
• Commercial experience building with LLMs and Applied AI.
• Experience taking AI products beyond POC into production.
• Experience building Agentic AI applications and/or LLM-powered products.
• Ability to explain complex technical decisions simply.

Responsibilities

• Building Applied AI products from idea to production.
• Designing and developing LLM and Agentic AI systems.
• Working with customers to understand problems behind requirements.
• Building prototypes with customers and iterating quickly.
• Creating evals to measure AI system performance.
• Deciding across models, RAG, agents, workflows and software.
• Turning customer solutions into scalable products.
• Owning problems end-to-end.
