Qualifications

• 4–5+ years of commercial software engineering experience.
• Experience building AI-powered applications using LLMs.
• Experience evaluating model outputs and mitigating hallucinations.
• Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders and clients.
• Self-starter mentality with a high degree of ownership.
• Passion for AI and emerging technologies.
• Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
• Data engineering and large-scale data ingestion.
• Azure or Google Cloud.
• Financial services, ESG or investment industry exposure.
• Data modelling and architecture.

Responsibilities

• Build AI-powered solutions for client projects and the consultancy's own products.
• Focus on practical AI implementation, including prompt engineering, output evaluation, reliability improvements and integration of LLMs into production systems.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to solve complex business problems using data and AI technologies.
• Work in a scale-up environment with autonomy, ownership and opportunities to influence outcomes.
