Job summary

Randstad CPE is recruiting for a process operator at a manufacturing site in Wales (Ammanford). The role requires a rotating shift pattern: 6am-2pm, 2pm-10pm, 10pm-6am across weeks. You will weigh and load raw materials, set and operate process machinery, and perform quality checks on the end product, with cleaning duties as required.

• Experience in a process role or manufacturing environment.
• Willing to work a 3-shift rotating pattern across early/mid/late shifts.
• Ability to weigh and load materials and operate process machinery.
