Job summary

Adecco in Welwyn Garden City is seeking a Product Testing Coordinator / Scheduler on a part-time basis (22.5 hours per week). The role sits in the Insight Team, coordinating product testing schedules and managing multiple stakeholders to keep programmes on track from planning through to completion.

You will excel at organising, prioritising, and communicating across internal teams, with advanced Excel and Outlook skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in scheduling, planning, coordination, or project support.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Strong communication with stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Proactive and solutions-focused approach.
• High attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
• Experience producing reports and tracking project activity.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage the overall planning and scheduling of product testing activities.
• Create and maintain testing schedules to ensure resources and capacity are fully utilised.
• Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver testing projects on time.
• Support day-to-day running of testing panels and ensure products are available for testing.
• Manage schedule changes due to product availability and communicate updates to stakeholders.
• Review project requirements, timelines, and resource availability to support business priorities.
• Create and maintain weekly testing schedules and ensure activity is tracked.
• Produce reports and share insights with stakeholders within agreed timelines.
• Act as the key point of contact for testing-related queries.
• Support and lead projects within the wider Insight Team.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and streamline ways of working.
