Job summary

Booth Industries International Ltd is seeking a Test & Assurance Coordinator to support product testing and certification activities. You will attend tests, coordinate logistics, and maintain controlled test documentation to demonstrate compliance with technical specs and customer expectations.

You will develop hands-on understanding of our doorset products, relevant standards and test methods, coordinating with internal teams and external labs while keeping clear records and ensuring

Qualifications

• HND/HNC in engineering or equivalent, practical experience acceptable.
• Experience in engineering, product testing, certification, quality or compliance.
• Experience coordinating activities, suppliers, materials, transport or site logistics.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, test plans and reports.
• Strong organisation and record-management with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Support the Product Test & Assurance Manager in planning and delivering product tests.
• Attend tests at internal and external facilities, representing the business.
• Organise test logistics, including bookings, specimen readiness, transport, access and attendance.
• Confirm drawings, specifications, build records and evidence are available and accurate before testing.
• Liaise with Engineering, Production, Projects, Quality, suppliers and labs to coordinate tests.
• Maintain test plans, trackers, schedules and action lists, escalate risks.
• Record observations, configurations, photos, results and follow-ups clearly.
• Manage test report administration and final controlled records.
• Ensure reports and certificates are stored and accessible to authorised stakeholders.
• Provide accurate testing information to Sales, Estimating, Projects and Engineering.
• Maintain relationships with third-party labs and certification bodies.
• Travel and work flexibly, including overtime to support the programme.
