SUCCESS TALENT is recruiting a Senior Footwear Technologist for a hybrid role based in Camden Town. You will oversee development from concept to production while ensuring safety, performance, and compliance across men’s, women’s and kids’ footwear.

The role requires close collaboration with internal teams, suppliers and customers to deliver top-quality products. The ideal candidate has a strong footwear technology background in fashion/retail, a solid grasp of safety legislation and testing

Qualifications

• Experience in footwear technology within fashion or retail sectors.
• Knowledge of product safety legislation and testing protocols.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Highly organized, detail-focused and deadline-driven.
• Degree in fashion/design/retail or related discipline.
