Job summary

LF Fashion Limited is looking for a Footwear Technologist to oversee the end-to-end development of footwear, ensuring quality and compliance with specifications.

The ideal candidate will manage timelines, collaborate across teams, and engage with suppliers while maintaining departmental quality standards. A bachelor’s degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience are required.

This role requires proficiency in PLM systems, a strong understanding of footwear construction, and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ footwear technical experience (development, production and supplier management).
• Experience with offshore footwear suppliers is essential.
• Demonstrable product knowledge across a wide range of footwear constructions.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end footwear development from concept to production sign-off.
• Specify and monitor footwear testing requirements and interpret results.
• Conduct factory technical process audits and recommend process improvements.
