Job summary

Plexus is seeking personnel for manufacturing roles requiring an Associate’s degree and 1+ year related experience. You will contribute to high-quality, cost‑effective production, document processes, and support operators on the production line.

Responsibilities

• Execute manufacturing solutions and provide services that meet quality and cost targets.
• Use tools to create, analyze, and verify documents, programs, models and production.
• Understand how the role supports Plexus Manufacturing processes and product specifications.
• Work under supervision following good manufacturing practices and support direct production line operators.
• Understand equipment, process control, safety, risk awareness, setup and operation.

Key Job Accountabilities

• Executes Manufacturing solutions/ Provide services that are high‑quality, cost‑appropriate, and satisfy the customer’s requirements and applies process improvement or troubleshooting as it applies to their role.
• Utilizes appropriate tools to perform necessary work including creation, analysis, and verification of documentation, programs, models, processes or production as it applies to their role.
• Demonstrates a basic, discipline‑specific understanding of how they support the full Plexus Manufacturing processes / Product Requirements & Specifications as it applies to their role.
• Successfully executes responsibilities under supervision in accordance with good manufacturing practices and Plexus’ Manufacturing Processes AND provide support to direct production line operators as it applies to their role.
• Basic Understanding of Equipment / Process control / Safety / Risk Awareness / setup awareness / operation of, as it applies to their role.

Education/Experience Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree with 1 or more years of related experience is preferred. An equivalent combination of education and/or experience will be considered.
