As a Product Support Engineer - Rail, you will conduct routine maintenance and repairs on rail products following approved manuals, contract requirements, and embracing digitalisation.

Responsibilities include:

• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance activities as per schedule and manuals.
• Participate in continuous improvement activities for maintenance and procedures.
• Conduct planned maintenance in accordance with operating instructions.
• Attend meetings with customers for work sign-off.
• Perform fault finding and repairs using technical information.
• Complete documentation for all work performed.
• Engage in HSQE management processes.
• Maintain cleanliness of onsite facilities.
• Attend training courses to keep skills current.
• Participate in 24/7 shift work, including callouts.
• Work as a mobile engineer if required, with a provided van.
• Cover work in other depots as needed.
• Report parts used accurately for stock control.
• Use IT systems effectively (Go!Care, C4S, etc.).
