Your Role:

As a Product Specialist , you'll play a vital role in ensuring technical excellence across all products. Your responsibilities will include:
Setting up and optimizing process routes to meet customer standards
Investigating and resolving product nonconformities
Reviewing new customer specifications to confirm manufacturing capability
Liaising with customer technical teams on process improvements
Seeking out industry best practices to enhance production

What You Need to Succeed:

Education: Degree-level qualification
Experience:
5-7 years in metals manufacturing (preferably aerospace/titanium)
Proven track record of leading projects to successful completion
Technical Skills:
Understanding of product process routes & customer requirements
Strong grasp of quality standards & lean manufacturing
Behavioural Skills:
Passionate, organized, and a natural problem solver
Strong communication & leadership skills
A can-do attitude with a drive to push the business forward
