Job Description:

Elevate the customer journey by translating product insights into lasting relationships and harness your expertise in proactive collaborations, onboarding, and product evolution.

As a Customer Success Manager in JPMC’s central Infrastructure Platforms team, you develop and maintain customer relationships that make our product value propositions a reality. Build and maintain strong relationships with our customers and understand their individual needs and goals as a core contributor of the team.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Drive product adoption, expansion, and retention activities to maintain a healthy customer base.
  2. Conduct regular and proactive account meetings to share best practices, demonstrate use cases, communicate future releases, and gather feedback.
  3. Guide customers through onboarding, set up the product according to their needs, and understand our products and features.
  4. Track success metrics and provide feedback to the Product team.
  5. Support internal and external customers as a cloud tech advisor, including private and public cloud platforms.
  6. Lead cross-functional resources including Solutions Architects, Customer Success Analysts, and support teams.
  7. Drive annual planning and delivery with customers, aligning objectives and resources.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
  • 5+ years of experience in customer success roles in product or technology.
  • Ability to influence product adoption and customer retention.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Ability to learn and teach new technologies.
  • Knowledge of public and private cloud offerings, including compute, databases, networking, machine learning, and data analytics.
  • Strong writing skills for technical business cases, ROI calculations, and strategic plans.
  • Experience navigating complex matrix organizations.
  • Effective communication at executive levels, with tailored messaging.
  • Cloud certifications in AWS, Azure, and/or GCP.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
  • Experience in B2B environments or as a customer in a technical setting.
  • Knowledge of product development, technical design, and data analytics.
  • Experience in technical account management, professional services, or customer advisory roles.
