Tipton & Coseley Building Society is seeking a Product & Sales Operations Administrator for a 12-month fixed-term contract. You will support the Head of Product & Sales Operations with product launches, amendments and regulatory tasks while ensuring compliance and accurate product information across channels.
The role requires excellent communication, strong administrative skills and a proactive approach. Hybrid working is available after probation, with 2–3 days at home per week.
We have an exciting 12-month fixed term contract opportunity for an experienced and motivated individual to join our Commercial team as a Product & Sales Operations Administrator. A proven track record operating in a customer service environment as well as e xperience of operating within a financial services and products environment i s desirable for this role.
As a key member of the team, you will support the Head of Product & Sales Operations in the implementation of the Society’s product launches, withdrawals and amendments. Ensuring that all activities and duties are carried out in full compliance with regulatory requirements, the Risk Management Framework and internal policies and procedures.
Salary: £24,479 per annum
Location: Head office based in Tipton. The Society is able to offer hybrid working, following successful completion of an initial probationary period, you would be able to work 2 to 3 days at home each week.
Hours: 35 hours per week - Monday to Friday between 9 am and 5 pm
