Job summary

Leek Building Society is seeking a friendly Customer Assistant to join our Branch Network. You will be the first point of contact for customers, helping them access products and services while delivering outstanding service across in-branch, phone and digital channels.

  • Delivering outstanding service to customers across face-to-face, telephone and digital channels.

  • Processing customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Supporting branch performance and helping achieve branch objectives.
  • Acting as an ambassador for the Society and promoting our values in everything you do.
  • Participating in community and branch initiatives to strengthen our presence locally.
  • Taking ownership of your development through training, coaching and continuous learning opportunities.

The Opportunity

We're looking for a friendly and customer-focused Customer Assistant to join our Branch Network team.

This is an exciting opportunity to build a career within financial services while making a genuine difference to our members. As one of the first points of contact for customers, you'll play a key role in creating positive experiences, identifying customer needs and helping members access the products and services that are right for them.

What You'll Be Doing
