Job summary

Antare is seeking a proactive specialist to bridge customers and engineering. You will own investigations from initial report to resolution, ensuring products work reliably across devices and connectivity in real-world scenarios.

You’ll be hands-on across hardware, embedded software, cloud services and the UI, crafting diagnostics, regression coverage and tools that improve observability and QA.

Qualifications

• Strong technical troubleshooting instincts.
• Structured, methodical approach to investigating problems.
• Ability to write lightweight scripts or small tools (Python, Bash, Go or similar).
• Good judgement about when to investigate independently and when to involve another engineer.

Responsibilities

• Be a technical point of contact when customers encounter product issues.
• Investigate problems across hardware, embedded software, connectivity, cloud, and web app.
• Reproduce failures and collect logs/diagnostic information.
• Communicate clearly with customers during investigations.
• Identify recurring issues and feed back into engineering and product decisions.
• Follow problems through to resolution, not just escalation.
• Test new features end-to-end across devices and cloud services.
