Job summary

Anthropic is seeking product engineers to build internal products at the intersection of engineering, product, and design. You will own outcomes, work with users to understand needs, and build abstractions that unlock capabilities for everyone.

You will design, prototype, and ship end-to-end features, consult with stakeholders, and iterate quickly based on feedback to improve the user experience. Hybrid work policy applies and visa sponsorship is available where applicable.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience building production software, ideally full-stack.
• Able to ship from idea to shipped product with minimal supervision.
• Think in systems and abstractions to see the platform behind feature requests.

Responsibilities

• Rapidly design, prototype, and ship full-stack features across backend, frontend, and infrastructure.
• Consult with users and stakeholders to understand workflows and identify high-impact opportunities.
• Identify patterns in user requests and create reusable primitives, platforms, or middleware.
