SUCCESS TALENT in London offers a senior Quality & Compliance Lead role focusing on jewellery, watches and accessories. Hybrid work arrangement in a fast-growing consumer brand with global scope.

You will own the quality framework, lead supplier quality, and ensure regulatory compliance across UK, EU and international markets. The role requires deep materials knowledge, a proven QA/QC background at scale, and comfortable leadership in a dynamic, business-driven environment.

• Proven background in QA, QC and regulatory compliance at scale.
• Deep knowledge of materials, testing and regulatory standards.

• Build and embed a scalable quality & compliance framework.

• Lead supplier quality: onboarding, audits, performance and accountability.
• Translate technical standards into practical, commercial processes.
• Use data to reduce defects, returns and quality risk.
• Partner with Product, Buying and Merch teams to embed quality from day one.

Product Quality and Compliance Lead

Jewellery / Accessories | London (Hybrid) | £70-80k + bonus

This is a critical hire for a fast growing consumer brand scaling globally.

We're looking for a senior quality operator to take full ownership of product quality and compliance across jewellery, watches and accessories - building structure where it doesn't yet fully exist and raising standards as the business grows.

What you'll do

• Build and embed a scalable quality & compliance framework
• Own testing, standards and regulatory compliance (UK, EU, international)
• Lead supplier quality: onboarding, audits, performance and accountability
• Translate technical standards into practical, commercial processes
• Use data to reduce defects, returns and quality risk
• Partner with Product, Buying and Merch teams to embed quality from day one

• Strong experience in jewellery or closely related categories
• Proven background in QA / QC / compliance at scale
• Deep knowledge of materials, testing and regulatory standards
• Confident managing global suppliers
• Commercial, pragmatic and comfortable in fast moving environments
