Pod Talent partners with an international consumer products business seeking a leader in Quality and Compliance to shape and elevate its global quality strategy. This is a key leadership role where you'll manage a multidisciplinary team across quality, compliance and product testing, ensuring products meet the highest standards of safety, performance and regulatory compliance while supporting ambitious growth plans.

Location: Scotland with minimum 3 days on site and regular travel to China.

Qualifikationen

• Significant leadership experience in Quality and Regulatory Compliance
• Experience within consumer products, appliances, electrical products or similar regulated industries
• Strong understanding of global product safety standards and certification
• A proven track record of building high-performing teams and quality systems
• A strategic mindset with the ability to influence at senior leadership level
• Experience working with Asian supply base and multi location team management

Salary - £85k-95k + bonus

We're partnering with an innovative international consumer products business seeking a leader in Quality and Compliance to shape and elevate its global quality strategy.

This is a key leadership role where you'll manage a multidisciplinary team across quality, compliance and product testing, ensuring products meet the highest standards of safety, performance and regulatory compliance while supporting ambitious growth plans.

You'll work closely with Product Development, Engineering and wider Operations teams to drive quality excellence from concept through to customer experience. Alongside leading regulatory compliance across global markets, you'll build scalable processes, strengthen supplier quality and champion a culture of continuous improvement.
