A leading company is seeking a Product Propositions Manager who will enhance D2C and B2B offerings, ensuring they are customer-focused and strategically aligned. The Product Propositions Manager is a key role supporting the organisations mission to deliver customer-focused professional development across the FE and Skills sector. Reporting to the Associate Director of Customer Propositions, you will manage and enhance the organisations D2C and B2B offerings, including membership, CPD, and professional status products. Working across teams, you’ll ensure all propositions are insight-led, strategically aligned, and deliver clear value to Members and Partners. You’ll lead value proposition design, support planning cycles, and contribute to commercial decision-making to build a cohesive, accessible, and sustainable portfolio. This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially minded, insight-driven professional with experience in proposition development and product lifecycle management, passionate about improving education and workforce outcomes.

This is a 12-month fixed term contract (potential view to go permanent) starting ASAP paying up to £52,250. Offering hybrid working up to 1-2 days in London. We can look up to 6-8 weeks notice periods max.
