Job summary

Barclays is seeking a Product and Proposition Manager to own the lifecycle of finance admin delivery through embedded services products for business clients via digital channels.

You will drive cross‑functional collaboration, set roadmaps, and leverage real‑time Barclays transaction data to unlock digital engagement and customer value. London/Manchester/Northampton-based, hybrid or on-site depending on team.

Qualifications

• Experience in product ownership of Business Admin tools/journeys (Embedded Services) & API capabilities in SME market.
• Ability to manage relationships with external partners and set/execute roadmaps.
• Data‑driven product management with focus on financial tools and analytics.
• Proven experience scaling customer-facing digital propositions from MVP to scale.

Responsibilities

• Develop customer level strategies and tailored solutions for the Bank's SME customers.
• Serve as subject matter expert to guide stakeholders on products and journeys.
• Define priorities and lead execution to deliver strategy and outcomes.
• Understand financial drivers and develop commercial models for the relevant journey.
