Job summary

The Magnum Ice Cream Company is seeking a Product Portfolio and Master Data Manager in the UK market to own Master Data accuracy for the UKI Ice Cream business, ensuring information is complete and available for internal teams and external customers.

You will oversee product data including nutritional information, packaging specifications, pricing, artwork, and regulatory requirements, coordinating changes across Commercial, Technical, Supply Chain, Marketing and Finance.

Qualifications

Experience managing product data in a high-innovation FMCG environment.
Strong data governance and lifecycle management.
Proactive risk identification and issue resolution across teams.
Excellent communication with cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Maintain Product Master Data accuracy for the UKI Ice Cream business, including codes, GTINs, dimensions, weights, nutrition, regulatory data.
Manage data quality issues and workflow exceptions with stakeholders.
Own end-to-end coordination of New Line Forms (NLFs) including supporting information and samples.
Act as central point for product change communications across Commercial, Technical, Supply Chain, Finance, CSP and Marketing.
Partner with Marketing, CSP and Finance to maintain pricing hierarchies and product setup.
Coordinate Investor Board process for innovation projects and maintain launch calendar.
Monitor stage gates and update risk register; highlight delays and dependencies.
Drive continuous improvement of product data processes and governance.
