Job summary

The Magnum Ice Cream Company seeks a Product Portfolio and Master Data Manager to own UKI product data accuracy, including nutrition, packaging, pricing and regulatory data. You will coordinate data changes with Commercial, Technical, Supply Chain, Marketing and Finance teams and manage investor board processes for launches.

Qualifications

• Experience managing product data in a high-innovation FMCG environment.
• Proactive with data governance and issue resolution.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration.
• Excellent Excel skills; comfortable using AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Product Master Data accuracy for UKI business across data domains.
• Coordinate data changes and ensure alignment across teams.
• Own end-to-end coordination of customer New Line Forms (NLFs).
• Communicate product changes to stakeholders and track delivery timelines.
• Maintain pricing hierarchies and MOP structures with finance and marketing.
• Coordinate Investor Board processes for innovation projects.
• Track stage gates, risks, and launch readiness.
• Improve data processes and governance to increase efficiency.
