Manpower are currently seeking an interim Master Data & Product Coordinator, to work with our global FMCG client The Magnum Ice Cream Company and become an integral part of their fast-paced FMCG environment.
The position is based in Kingston upon Thames, Surrey. This is a full-time temporary role to run for 12 months, with potential to go permanent for the right candidate. Requiring 36.25 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Compensation for this role is competitive, paying up to £48,000 to £52,500 per annum, pro rata, depending upon experience.
The role currently offers a mix of remote and onsite working, subject to adjustment based on business requirements.
This role owns Product Master Data accuracy for the UKI Ice Cream business, ensuring information is complete, accurate and available for both internal teams and external customers. You'll oversee a broad range of product data, including nutritional information, packaging specifications, pricing, artwork and regulatory requirements, proactively identifying and resolving issues to maintain data integrity and support effective business decision-making.
Working across Commercial, Technical, Supply Chain, Marketing, Finance and EU Marketing Ops teams, you'll coordinate product and data changes, ensuring stakeholders remain aligned and key information is communicated accurately and on time.
You'll also coordinate the Investor Board process for new product launches, maintaining visibility of the UK innovation calendar and providing an up-to-date view of the launch pipeline. Working closely with Brand Managers, you'll monitor progress against agreed stage gates, track decisions and actions, and highlight risks or delays that could impact in-market timings.
Has experience managing product data within a high-innovation FMCG environment and is confident coordinating multiple stakeholders to deliver accurate and timely outcomes. Understands product lifecycle management, data governance and the role high-quality product data plays in supporting successful business operations.
Brings a proactive and solutions-focused mindset, with the ability to identify risks, resolve issues and build strong working relationships across teams. Communicates clearly and effectively, ensuring stakeholders have the information they need to make decisions and keep initiatives moving forward.
