Job summary

Evoke is seeking a Product Planning & Operations Coordinator in Leeds to support Product & Technology teams with planning, communications, documentation, and operational coordination. This 12-month FTC role helps keep initiatives aligned, informed, and focused on delivering outstanding customer experiences while driving continuous improvement.

You will coordinate planning activities, maintain communications, manage knowledge bases, support roadmap processes, and foster collaboration across teams

Qualifications

• Experience supporting planning or operational activities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organisational skills with ability to meet deadlines.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and collaboration tools (Jira/Confluence).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate planning activities across Product & Technology teams to support successful delivery of key initiatives.
• Create and maintain clear, engaging communications that keep stakeholders informed and aligned.
• Manage and develop documentation, knowledge bases, guidance materials, and team resources.
