Job summary

evoke plc in Leeds is seeking an ERP Analyst Team Lead to drive finance systems transformation, ensuring compliant, efficient processes across the group.

You will lead Oracle Fusion Cloud Finance initiatives, translate business needs into practical solutions, and collaborate with Finance, IT and Shared Services to deliver successful implementations and ongoing improvements.

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials and translating business requirements into practical solutions.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking, with a delivery focus.
• Proven stakeholder management, communication, and collaboration across Finance, IT and business teams.
• Highly organised and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining quality.

Responsibilities

• Lead Oracle Fusion Cloud Finance transformation initiatives and act as primary link between Finance, IT, Shared Services and stakeholders.
• Apply Oracle functional expertise to support business analysis, testing, training, change management and documentation.
• Manage and support full project lifecycle, including system implementations, process optimisation and governance.
• Translate Finance requirements into Oracle solutions to drive adoption and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align Finance processes with business objectives.
