Job summary

Evoke Plc is seeking a Poker Operations Executive to maintain and enhance our Poker proposition across web and app platforms. You will ensure content is relevant, accurate and engaging for players across multiple brands.

Based in Gibraltar with hybrid working options, you will collaborate with Poker Operations, CRM, Product and Tech to execute campaigns, monitor player journeys, and drive content improvements while maintaining high quality standards.

Qualifications

• Excellent knowledge of Poker including player behaviours, key tournaments and the wider Poker landscape.
• Experience managing digital content in an online customer-focused environment.
• High attention to detail with ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-moving environment.
• A collaborative approach with confidence building relationships across teams.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day management of Poker content, promotions and merchandising across websites and apps.
• Publish and maintain onsite content, ensuring activity is delivered accurately and on time.
• Work with the Poker Operations Manager and stakeholders to execute commercial priorities and campaigns.
• Monitor the Poker customer journey and resolve content or operational issues impacting the player experience.
• Use understanding of Poker players, events and industry trends to create an engaging onsite proposition.
• Collaborate with CRM, Commercial, Product, Technology and Operations to support campaigns and launches.
• Analyse performance data and player insights to identify opportunities to improve content effectiveness.
• Contribute to continuous improvement across Poker Operations.

As a Poker Operations Executive, you'll play a key role in maintaining and enhancing our Poker proposition across web and app platforms, combining your passion for Poker with operational excellence to ensure every player interaction is relevant, accurate and entertaining.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Support the day-to-day management of Poker content, promotions and merchandising across websites and apps
• Publish and maintain onsite content, ensuring all activity is delivered accurately, on time and to a high standard
• Work closely with the Poker Operations Manager and Poker stakeholders to execute commercial priorities and promotional campaigns
• Monitor the Poker customer journey, proactively identifying and resolving content or operational issues that could impact the player experience
• Use your understanding of Poker players, events and industry trends to help create an engaging and relevant onsite proposition
• Collaborate with teams across CRM, Commercial, Product, Technology and Operations to support campaigns, launches and operational readiness activities
• Analyse performance data and player insights to identify opportunities to improve content effectiveness and customer engagement
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, helping enhance processes, quality standards and ways of working across Poker Operations

Who We Are Looking For

• Excellent knowledge of Poker, including player behaviours, key tournaments and the wider Poker landscape, alongside a genuine enthusiasm for the game
• Experience managing digital content, merchandising or operational activity within an online, customer-focused environment
• High attention to detail with the ability to prioritise tasks, manage deadlines and maintain quality in a fast-moving environment
• A collaborative approach, with confidence building relationships across multiple teams and using insight to support informed decision-making
