Job summary

HSBC is seeking a Product Owner for the OBKYS value stream in the UK. The role focuses on leading the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of third-party risk onboarding capabilities across global teams.

You will collaborate with business leads and delivery teams, applying agile methods to ensure compliant, scalable and innovative supplier management solutions within regulatory expectations.

Qualifications

• Extensive digital/technical or user-centric product delivery experience.
• Experience planning and managing technical, business and governance deliveries.
• Strong analytical, problem solving, process design, and requirements gathering skills.
• Ability to identify benefits/outcomes to inform roadmap prioritisation.
• Background in supplier onboarding, third-party risk management (TPRM) or related onboarding products.
• Ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of the OBKYS strategy as part of the FSA Implementation.
• Build senior stakeholder relationships at Sponsor and business-line level, challenging status quo when needed.
• Research market trends for supplier management and apply best practices in-house.
• Own and execute the OBKYS roadmap and long-term vision, including use of latest tech and testing.
• Facilitate creation of reusable, cost-effective components aligned to Bank-wide strategy.
• Plan and manage delivery initiatives with business and technology teams, considering governance and benefits.
