Job summary

HSBC is seeking a Product Owner for the Third Party Risk (OBKYS) value stream in the UK. The role will lead the design and delivery of supplier onboarding and Know Your Supplier capabilities, working with global teams to implement regulatory-aligned solutions.

The successful candidate will own the OBKYS roadmap, manage cross-functional delivery, and build relationships with senior stakeholders to drive innovative propositions. Based in the UK, HSBC offers competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in digital, technical or user-centric product delivery roles.
• Experience planning and managing technical, business and governance deliveries.
• Strong analytical, problem solving and process design skills; experience with SDLC/Agile.
• Ability to prioritise benefits and outcomes and inform roadmap development.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and implementation of OBKYS strategy as part of FSA implementation.
• Build senior stakeholder relationships at Sponsor and business-line level; challenge status quo.
• Research market trends for supplier management and apply best-in-class processes.
• Own and execute the OBKYS roadmap including long-term vision and new technologies.
• Facilitate creation of reusable components aligned to Bank-wide strategy.
• Plan and manage delivery initiatives with business and technology teams, ensuring value.
