Fyre Global Ltd in Cookstown is seeking a Product Owner to shape a new SaaS product from the ground up. You’ll translate customer needs into product ideas, define user stories, and prioritise backlog with a view to delivering real business impact.

The role blends business analysis with agile product leadership in an enterprise platform setting, offering autonomy as the product function scales. Collaboration with Customer Success, Implementation, and development teams is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager, or a strong Business Analyst wanting to move into product ownership (earlier-career candidates with the right mindset will also be considered)
• Strong business logic and an analytical mindset: you can work through a problem and see what a customer really needs
• The ability to conceptualise a product from customer requirements
• A basic grasp of technical concepts (for example APIs), with a willingness to learn more

Responsabilités

• Taking customer and business requirements and turning them into clear product ideas, user stories and documentation
• Working closely with the Customer Success and Implementation teams to understand customer priorities
• Deciding what gets built next based on customer value and business impact
• Working with the development team to bring ideas to life, with training and support on the technical side
• Communicating and escalating clearly, so important work doesn’t quietly slip
• Helping bring more structure to the product function as the team grows
