Job summary

MPower Plus is seeking a Product Owner to take overall ownership of a single product backlog containing 2–3 features, journeys or technology components. The role oversees incremental value delivery and ensures the team prioritises the right work for customers and stakeholders.

You will drive backlog ownership, agile delivery, and a customer-led roadmap while maintaining governance and release readiness with the wider team.

• Advocates customer outcomes and aligns work to customer needs.
• Leads a single backlog across multiple teams and guides feature delivery.
• Demonstrates adequate domain knowledge to steer decisions.

Responsibilities

• Shaping a Lab or Team roadmap using customer insights and performance data.
