Job summary

System C is seeking a Product Owner to shape and deliver market-leading health and care technology. You will own the product backlog, translate customer needs into user stories and acceptance criteria, and collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, and UX teams to ensure valuable outcomes.

You’ll participate in agile ceremonies, define features, support release planning, and help drive go-to-market activities.

Qualifications

Product thinking and stakeholder management demonstrated at work.
Ability to translate customer needs into actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.
Experience with Agile delivery methodologies (Scrum/SAFe).
Experience using backlog management tools (e.g., Jira, Aha!).

Responsibilities

Managing and prioritising the product backlog.
Translating requirements into high-quality user stories and acceptance criteria.
Working with stakeholders to understand customer needs and business priorities.
Supporting release planning and defining key product features.
Collaborating with Engineering teams throughout the delivery lifecycle.
Participating in agile ceremonies and setting sprint goals.
Monitoring delivery against agreed release plans.
Supporting customer engagement activities, demonstrations, and show-and-tell sessions.
Identifying and communicating risks, dependencies, and delivery challenges.
Contributing to go-to-market and product launch activities.
Developing deep product and domain expertise.
