Job summary

DVF Recruitment is partnering with a growing legal services firm undergoing a major digital transformation to appoint an experienced Product Owner. You will own the case management system backlog, translate business needs into clear user stories, and drive delivery across multiple regional offices.

You will collaborate with business analysts, developers and QA teams, balancing strategic priorities with hands-on delivery.

Qualifications

• Proven Product Owner or similar delivery role.
• Experience writing user stories and defining acceptance criteria.
• Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Experience collaborating with analysts, developers and QA teams.
• Excellent stakeholder communication and delivery focus.

Responsibilities

• Own and prioritise the product backlog and translate requirements into user stories.
• Collaborate with business analysts to refine stakeholder needs.
• Work with Scrum Master to facilitate agile ceremonies.
• Coordinate with delivery teams and governance to manage milestones and risks.
• Support go-live activities and post-launch support across sites.
• Provide regular progress updates to programme leadership.
