Job summary

Virgin Atlantic is seeking a Product Owner to shape the digital IFEC experience. You will own the product backlog and roadmap, leading cross-functional squads and external suppliers from discovery to launch, balancing customer insight with business value to drive meaningful improvements.

You will mentor junior Product Owners and influence roadmap direction while maintaining momentum across delivery in a hybrid setup at VHQ, Crawley.

Qualifications

• Experience in digital product management and supplier management.
• Proven track record independently leading product discovery and delivery cycles.
• Strong prioritisation, value mapping and product lifecycle management.

Responsibilities

• Own the product backlog, roadmap and strategic priorities for IFEC.
• Prioritise opportunities based on customer impact, business value and feasibility.
• Lead product discovery, delivery and optimisation from end to end.
• Define success metrics and use data and experimentation to improve outcomes.
• Coordinate engineering teams, internal stakeholders and suppliers.
• Identify risks, resolve blockers and maintain momentum across delivery.
• Communicate progress, performance and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
• Champion modern product management and agile delivery practices.
• Support and mentor junior Product Owners.
