• Experience evolving scalable design systems and accessibility.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design of a major digital customer journey from discovery to delivery.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering and Analytics to align customer needs with business goals.
• Identify opportunities where AI can add value and design responsible AI-enabled experiences.
• Evolve design system and maintain high design standards across products and platforms.
• Use research, data and experimentation to validate ideas and measure impact.
• Mentor and raise design capability across the team.
