Day to day

• Collaborate with the business and the team to convert thoughtful analysis and understanding into practical tasks for developers
• Apply customer insights, data analytics, and design expertise to ensure that product development meets customer needs and achieves desired outcomes.
• Monitor product performance against established metrics and make necessary adjustments when required.
• Foster strong relationships with key individuals and successfully navigate a collaborative work environment to align strategy and execution.
• Support the development of efficient processes and digital development practices across the organization

About you

• Demonstrable experience in digital product management
• Proven track record of leading cross‑functional teams and delivering successful digital products
• Strong knowledge of Agile delivery methods and industry‑standard tools
• Experience with technologies such as Azure DevOps, Jira, Adobe Analytics, and Adobe Target
• Strong ability to effectively manage and communicate with various individuals involved in the project
• Demonstrated understanding of market trends and the ability to strategize product solutions to meet customer needs
