Product Owner - IAM, Data - Banking*

We are looking for an experienced and strategic Data Product Owner to lead the development and delivery of IAM’s automated Continuous Controls Monitoring solutions. The role involves refining and communicating the vision and strategy for key data products, translating business requirements into user stories, prioritising the product backlog, and creating roadmaps with cross-functional teams.

The initial focus will be on our Business Intelligence Capabilities.

The candidate will work closely with engineering, analysts, and stakeholders to ensure our data assets, starting with Business Intelligence / Dashboards, are accurate, accessible, and aligned with organisational goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data management, excellent stakeholder management skills, a good understanding of IAM (or other controls), and a deep understanding of Agile methodologies and product lifecycle management.
