Product Owner - IAM, Data - Banking*

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Data Product Owner to lead the development and delivery of IAM’s automated Continuous Controls Monitoring solutions. The successful candidate will refine and communicate the vision and strategy for key data products, translate business requirements into clear user stories, prioritize the product backlog, and create roadmaps in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

The role focuses on leading the development of IAM data-driven solutions, with an initial emphasis on Business Intelligence capabilities. The candidate will work closely with engineering, analysts, and stakeholders to ensure data assets, starting with Business Intelligence dashboards, are accurate, accessible, and aligned with organizational goals. A strong background in data management, stakeholder management skills, understanding of IAM or controls, and experience with Agile methodologies are essential.
