Product Owner - IAM, Data - Banking*

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Data Product Owner to lead the development and delivery of IAM’s automated Continuous Controls Monitoring solutions. The successful candidate will refine and communicate the vision and strategy for key data products, translate business requirements into clear user stories, prioritize the product backlog, and create roadmaps in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

The role focuses on developing IAM data-driven solutions, with an initial emphasis on Business Intelligence Capabilities. The candidate will work closely with engineering, analysts, and stakeholders to ensure our data assets, including Business Intelligence and Dashboards, are accurate, accessible, and aligned with organizational goals. A strong background in data management, excellent stakeholder management skills, knowledge of IAM (or other controls), and a deep understanding of Agile methodologies and product lifecycle management are essential.
