Accenture Newcastle is looking for a skilled Product Owner to join our Advanced Technology Centre. You will work with stakeholders and development teams to define the product vision, prioritise features, and ensure delivery that aligns with business goals and client needs.

You will drive agile ceremonies, manage backlogs, mentor peers, and ensure compliance with security and regulatory requirements while delivering measurable business value.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management or related role, preferably in consulting.
• Experience mentoring Product Owners or Business Analysts.
• Proven full product lifecycle experience from ideation to maintenance.
• Hands-on Agile, Scrum, Kanban or SAFe environments with tools like Jira & Confluence.
• Strong SDLC and digital transformation understanding.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilités

• Define and communicate product vision, roadmap, and goals to teams and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to co-create product strategy and backlog priorities.
• Maintain and refine the product backlog aligned with business requirements.
• Work with BAs and UCD teams to gather and document requirements.
• Lead agile ceremonies and oversee sprint planning and reviews.
• Develop rollout and scaling strategies in collaboration with stakeholders.
