Job summary

Accenture Technology in the United Kingdom is looking for a Technology Delivery Lead to join our Newcastle team on a hybrid basis. The role requires you to work from our Newcastle, Cobalt Business Park office for a minimum of 3 days per week and to obtain BPSS and SC security clearance, including 5 years of address history in the UK.

Qualifications

• Experience managing multiple critical client projects and complex stakeholder landscapes.
• Adaptable with delivery-oriented task variety.
• Solid understanding of delivery approaches and best practices.
• Translate technical information into business/operational insights.
• Strong planning for short, medium and long-term objectives and guiding teams to meet them.
• Ability to design and report metrics to inform delivery improvements.
• Identify ways to improve software delivery and drive improvements.
• Strong service-oriented attitude with collaborative work style.
• Excellent communications skills for diverse audiences.
• Experience delivering Agile at scale and managing multi-disciplinary teams.
• Familiar with modern delivery operating models (DevOps).
• Proficiency with Agile delivery tools (e.g. JIRA).
• Knowledge of Health & Public Sector and GDS principles.
