Job summary

PHOENIX group - Integrated Healthcare Provider is seeking a Product Owner for our E-Commerce and online healthcare services in Runcorn. You will define the product roadmap across the digital pharmacy and e-commerce platforms, including Online Doctor services, reporting to the Head of Digital.

You will work with Digital, Marketing, Commercial, Operations and Technology teams to drive customer experience improvements and online growth, delivering measurable commercial value while ensuring

Join our Digital team as a Product Owner - E-Commerce and play a key role in shaping the future of our online healthcare and retail services. Reporting to the Head of Digital, you'll be responsible for defining and delivering the product roadmap across our digital pharmacy and e-commerce platforms, including Online Doctor services. Working with stakeholders across Digital, Marketing, Commercial, Operations and Technology, you'll drive customer experience improvements and online growth while ensuring products deliver measurable commercial value.

What You'll Be Doing

• Own the e-commerce product strategy, roadmap and backlog.
• Lead delivery of Online Doctor and other digital healthcare products.
• Prioritise product development based on customer and business needs.
• Improve customer journeys, conversion and revenue performance.
• Work closely with Marketing, Commercial, Operations and Technology teams.
• Use customer insights and analytics to drive product decisions.
• Manage stakeholders, suppliers and agency partners.
• Ensure products meet regulatory and data protection requirements.

What We Require

• Product Owner, Product Manager or similar e-commerce experience.
• Experience managing products through the full lifecycle.
• Shopify or equivalent e-commerce platform experience.
• Strong understanding of digital trading and customer journeys.
• Experience managing product roadmaps and backlogs.
• Strong analytical, commercial and stakeholder management skills.
• Healthcare, pharmacy, retail or wholesale experience.
• Experience with digital healthcare services.
• CRO, digital analytics or AI-enabled customer experience knowledge.
